STOCK AVAILABILITY: All products on dressygirlkouture.com are subject to availability with the manufacturer or designers. Most products will be shipped within 4-10 business days. If ordering multiple items, you may receive multiple shipments.

COLOR & SIZE DISCLAIMER: Our #1 priority is your satisfaction, however please note, colors shown on dressygirlkouture.com may vary on each monitor or browser. We do our best when representing each color of a garment advertised. We provide size charts and how to measure tools to assist with your selecting your size. Please note when ordering, individual designer sizes vary. Please refer to the designer's size chart and then use our how to measure feature to determine your correct size. It is always easier to 'take in' or 'shorten' your garment for the perfect fit than ordering too small. PLEASE REFER TO OUR NO RETURN POLICY.

ORDER CANCELLATION: You may cancel your order with dressygirlkouture.com within the first 24hrs of placing your order. This allows us to verify availability of your product and contact you if the item (s) ordered are in stock and ready to ship. After 24 hours of your order placement, you may NOT cancel your order. Orders that are shipped and refused by customers will incure a 50% restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges. These charges will be debited from customer's account. PAYMENT METHOD: Dressygirlkouture.com happily accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Paypal, Google Wallet & Amazon checkout. Dressygirlkouture.com does NOT accept personal checks or COD. 

EVENT DATE: We request that you submit your event date so that we can ensure that your order arrives on time. Preorders and special orders can take up to 12 weeks to ship. We understand that your dress may need alterations. We will notify you if your ship date is close to your event date.

ORDER STATUS: You may check order status anytime on our website after your order has been shipped. Please have the e-mail address you provided and your order number ready.
