DressyGirlKouture.com values each of our Dressy Girls and we appreciate your business. Your satisfaction is very important to us, however, due to the nature of our products WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS once your order is shipped.

All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and cannot be returned. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.*

We provide size charts and how to measure tools to help you when selecting the size of your dress. Please note that when placing an order, that each designer may vary on the size of their dresses. Please refer to the designer's size chart and our 'how to measure' feature to determine your correct size. If you are not sure about your measurements or are 'in between' sizes, it is recommended that you choose the bigger size. It is always easier to 'take in' or 'shorten' your garment for the perfect fit rather than ordering too small.

*In the rare event that an item is defective, please e-mail us directly at orders@dressygirlkouture.com or contactus@dressygirlkouture.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. We will issue an authorization number for an exchange for the identical product (style, color, size) providing tags are still intact and the item has not been worn. You must write the authorization number on the outside of the box when returning the item for exchange. After three (3) days of receipt ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

You may cancel your order within the first 24hrs of placing the order. This allows us to check availability of your product and contact you if the item ordered is unavailable. After 24hrs you may not cancel your order. Orders that are shipped and refused by customers will incur a 50% restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges. These charges will be debited from customer's account.
